Hi everyone.

I have installed a new Kinetico 2020c successfully and tested outlet to prove the water has been softened.

I have a few questions.

I recently lifted the salt blocks out to find they were not sitting in standing water, is this normal? I thought the blocks always stood in an inch or so of water at the bottom?

Also does anyone know roughly how many liters of water has to flow per regeneration?

Im very new to this so advice please people.
