Hello,
I own Toro, Homebuilt, Mantis and Craftsman machines and will be retiring to northern New Mexico.
I have been taught about maintaining these machines and look forward to keeping them running properly.
Going down to get some filters, I was stunned at the prices charged for a simple item I knew I would have to be cutting with a scissors in order to fit it properly even though I was told that was the correct replacement part.
Is there some major supplier for 2 and 4 cycle maintenance parts and spark plugs? Is there a supplier for other than the factory parts that you could recommend for air and fuel filters?
Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.

This coming from a guy in the outdoor power equipment service business, aftermarket parts are generally inferior and poorly fitting and I don't necessarily reccomend using them but three of the bigger names in aftermarket are Stens, Oregon and Rotary. I honestly don't know if any of them sell online but it's worth your time to check.
