ariens 1648 ezr dies when i turn. the only thing i have noticed is that the pins for the dump valves are stuck in the transaxles. please help i am going crazy.

What dies? The engine, the wheel drive or the blade drive?

the engine dies. but when i move the steering levers out to nuetral position the engine fires right back up. that is when it starts to die i move the levers to neutral it fires back up.

So the engine only runs with the levers in the neutral notch? If so, it's probably just that the park brake is on, or the park brake switch is giving problems.

the mower will move but then when i turn it just dies.
