I recently purchased this junker from a local dealer. They refuse to take it back so I was thinking about a retrofit. The biggest problem ,so far, is that the lever for the self - propelled drive fatigues the hand after a while. I have a lot of uneven terrain to mow and I have to change speeds often. I was thinking about fitting up a Toro personal pace handle to this thing. If anyone is familiar with these two mowers I would appreciate your opinion on this. I know there would be a certain amount of altering to be done. The Toro handle parts are reasonably priced on Parts Tree.com.
