I have an old masonry house with no insulation in the walls. The walls get very cold in the winter, is there a specific insulation that will help. I was thinking of building another wall inside it of 2x2 and using rigid insulation

They are a tile block. 5x12 and 7.5 in deep. Very hard tile. Can barely drill holes in this stuff. I live in the midwest, so cold in winter and hot in summer.
