I have a Zenith A13P02D 13" TV. Use it for my daughters room. The sound comes through great but the picture is just white with some diagonal lines through it as if the picture tube (if that is an actual thing) has went out or something. How would I go about fixing that and how expensive are we talking? Would like to do myself instead of buying a new TV.

Try turning the screen control on the high voltage transformer counter clock-wise . It's the part with the red wire going to the top of the crt.
