:madhell: I have a Sylvania CT202SL8 TV/VCR/Combo Unit.
Purchased 5/07....used VCR for 1st time on Sunday, during rewind unit stopped and automatically turned off. Will not eject, will not switch back to TV mode. Unplugged for 2 whole days waiting to return to a reset mode. Tonight, plugged it in and it won't stay on.....AHHHHHH!! Has to be something simple PLEASE!!!!!!!

It is a simple problem. The " mode sensor switch " has become corroded from lack of use.To fix: clean the switch.Problem: the switch is located under the vcr mechanism.It is a DIY type job if you are VERY mechanical.Let me know.
