Problem:
I have a brand new Carrier Heat Pump and Variable speed Carrier furnace.
The Cooling does not see to be catching up and cooling the house down to the temperature.
Feeling the cold air coming out of the vents, but it almost seems the Variable speed fan is at the lowest setting, and not pumping out enough cold air to catch up.
System:
The Performance™ Variable Speed 80 (58VMR).
Heat pump - 25HPA5
Edge PRH Thermidastat
Thanks for any advice!

System may not be set up right. Call the installing contractor to resolve situation, should be a warranty issue:thumbup:

While I have called him, and he is on his way, what (other than the settings on the Thermidistat could be limiting the fan speed?
I exclude the stat because I got excellent advice from another community member, and am 99% sure that it is not that.
Thanks!

Could be anything from dip switch settings to trimming the refrigerant charge, lots of possibilities.
