Recently installed new mandrel on my craftsman lawn tractor.

It appeared that the bearing were encased and not accessable.

Was I supposed to grease anything in the mandrel prior to installing and using? :thinker:

Thanks:)

No, the bearings are sealed. Some mandrels come with grease fittings, and if yours does, it won't hurt to grease it if you want. Most nowadays aren't grease-able.
