My Delonghi stand mixer has a kind of a cap nut that holds the round part that the mixer blade attaches to to the orbital gear assembly. Recently, while mixing dough, the mixer stops mixing because that cap nut comes loose. I've tried tightening it, but it still comes loose. Any ideas? Should I put in a K-lock nut or some kind of washer or is there some internal problem?
