Sorry if this is in the wrong place, and thanks for any response.
I'm still working my way into woodworking, and I'm on a tight budget, so I buy a lot of used tools. For example, my circular saw, skil saw, jig saw, cordless drill, etc. all came 2nd hand...and none of them have the plastic cases that makes storage a bit easier.
Anyone have any ideas on where I can come by some replacement plastic hard cases for my used power tools?

Ya, you should be able to get cases from 99% of most tool owners I know who throw them away. :D
The cases that come with most power tools are form fitted to fit that specific tool.
You can buy several different shapes of boxes for individual tools but you might be better off storing them "naked" on the shelf and then purchasing a larger tool bag or box to carry the tool to where you will be working.
Actually the first place I go when I visit a large tool store is the tool box department.
There are new types of carrying bags/boxes coming out all the time.

I'd say the same thing, get some wide mouth canvas style bags and put the tools in by usage...saws w/saws...drills w/drills..etc. The brand specific boxes won't stack very well anyway.
If you really want the specific boxes, a warranty center always has a lot of them.

You'd have a tough time finding specific boxes for specific tools at retail except through authorized service centers and dealers for the specific brand.Even then it might not be available seperately.
Improvise and find something that will substitute. One thing about canvas bags:they're pricey.Go for tool boxes, storage boxes, duffel bags etc etc

Depending on the brand name, eBay is a source... and I have also used ereplacementparts dot com.
