anyone suggest a high quality,semi pro electric die grinder
that fits the hand easy,not oversized, and runs 20,000 plus
to be used for metal cutting.I would want to run the 4 inch metal cutting discs on it.Around 150-200.

I've never seen a 4 inch wheel rated for 20K+. 3 inch - yes. Other than that, there are many out there. Brand name ones are pricey, but $200 will get you one.
