Hi,

Does anyone know whee to get/see a manual for the the Majestic C36R Fireplace?

Also, where can I find replacment parts? My version has the brass door hardware. I would like to replace it with plain black hardware.

Hi destruct05, I too am looking for the exact same thing that you are referring to. Did you happen to find what you were looking for? Please share if you don't mind, I am having trouble locating these parts and would like a manual as well.

No, Majestic online customer service doesn't seem to exist either....

The Company you have mentioned is now owned by Monnesan hearth and heating. Parts for that fireplace may be discontinued and hard to find. They only made doors for that unit in brass and would only have brass in stock if they even have that. I believe that unit was made around 1985 and after about 5 years they stop production on most parts. If you can measure the opening width and hieght from the flat section of the opening wich is about 3/4'' deep into the firebox on the top and bottom you may be able to retrofit one of the new doors to it let me know the size and I may be able to get this info for you. I have installed and repaired Majestic fireplaces for over 25 years. Even if you dont have luck with the factory there is allways a way to fit other doors on there units.
