I want to install a strobe (Honeywell / Ademco 710 Series Strobe Warning clear light) to my system. Is this compatible with the lynx system, and if so which terminal do I put the wire in?

You can't connect the strobe directly to the bell output terminals (11 & 12). This output provides 12volts @ 120ma. That strobe pulls 250ma.
But you can connect a relay to the bell terminals and use another power source to drive the strobe through the relay contacts.
