I have a brand new panel I just installed. Upon testing, I left it go into alarm, but I cant turn it off from the keypad. I had to unplug the unit and take out the battery!
The manual says the alarm has to be cancelled from t he alarm service provider remotely which I dont have. I found details in the manual about *57 which I believe would allow me to cancel this. But the manual says this is only for keypad model LYNXR-2SIA. I dont think I have model SIA 9I dont see it written on, or inside the unit.
When I go into programming mode and select *57 then the number 7, I get an ee on the lcd display and nothing happens, like this code is not even in my model unit.
HELP ???
