Hello I have a Toshiba SD-4109x that wont power on. I have checked the fuse and it is fine. If anyone has any suggestions or can send me a link that can help me fix it I would be very greatful. Thanks is advance.

Before i can help , I need to know something about your DIY skills.This is both mechanical and electronic.Can you fill me in on this.This request is not meant to be critical in anyway.I've seen a lot of DVDs and VCRs with minor problems turned into junk by consumers.
