We have a Concord Express security system. We no longer have a landline phone-just Vonage. We also have cancelled our monitoring with ADT. We want to use the alarm to alert us to intruders.
The installer code 8+6321 shows cmd on the screen. What now?

First of all, make sure it's an alphanumeric keypad. Does it have a door on it that opens sideways? If it does, it's a fixed english keypad and you can't remove the phone number with that keypad. If not, you should be in business. After 8+6321, enter 00. You now should be at SYSTEM PROGRAMMING. Let us know if you get that far.
