Please Help,

My husband painted my kitchen a color called Victorian Straw which I thought was a more neutral sort of linen type of color with a tan or peachy tint. Lets just say I left with our 11 month old so Daddy could get the job done. Well when I came home to the final product it is an awful mustard type yellow color. You will get an idea by looking at the mustard yellow in this message board. Is there any way I can possibly tone this done by mixing this awful color with a lighter color and sponging it on the wall. The color actually goes with my decor but it is way too deep and intense. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Julie

PMiller412@aol.com, If you have any of the mustard paint you could mix a little white with it and sponge the walls. This would soften the deep color....Mike
