i have a 100 yr old brick twin. the bay window exteriors are covered in tin. Is a special paint/prep required/recommended? thanks!

Site unseen I would say remove all the loose rust sand with about 150 grit, prime with a quality rust inhibitive primer from a pro paint store and paint 2 coats of exterior paint.
