I have a Sea Doo that runs great at idle but will not get up to speed. It takes of normally but then bogs down. I have changed the fuel, cleaned the fuel filter but it did not help.

Any suggestions?

Try new spark plugs. If it is older it may need a carb kit and a rebuild kit for the fuel pump.
