We have a two story home with a walk out basement with a 30 x 30 foot deck over top. When they built the house in 1976 they added retaining walls for the walkout basement, top is prolly 12 foot tall they are cement one has already fallen the other is about to. I built a deck about 10 years ago over top when the walls were fine but now is a different story what should I do?
