I have an old Sears belt sander, Model 315.22420, that is need of a new trigger. Does anyone know where to find parts for something like this. Sears lists it as discontinued. This is a very good sander, all metal construction and sure would like to get it fixed.

I know your pain. Had the same thing happen on a good Sears Craftsman low speed, high torque drill that was discontinued. I did find one on ebay. There are dealers that deal only in switches, and you should be able to put "belt sander switch" in the search bar and come really close.
