I have noticed a yellowish stain on the white melamine countertop in the bathroom. it seems to have been made by a liquid as there is a circular pattern where the toothbrush holder stands, and it spreads out in an ovel shape. I do not use harsh chemicals, rather a disenfectant spray, which i wipe immediately. at some point someone must have messed something ans failed to wipe it up. I am at a lass as to how to remove it. I have tried bleach, and stain remover on the area, which has lightened a little, but it is still noticeable.
HELP!

Try Zud or anything with oxalic acid.

does sound like a mineral spot the above mentioned tips should be able to help you out
