I had my bath vanity installed in the bathroom in the basement yesterday and to my disbelief, it looks like it is slanted. The installer blamed the wall for being out of plumb, not straight. It is a 42inch vanity. When i measure the tile from the left to the right, it was off by an inch.
Is there anything he could've done to make up that inch? Shim? Cheat the counter top an inch?
He will be back today. Any suggestions I can bring up to him would be appreciated..

Is the tile straight? Post a photo on Photobucket so we can understand your problem.

I'm at work now so will have to post the pic later.
How do you post a pic on photobucket?
The wall/sheetrock did look 'curved' in that corner and I had issues with the wall install... Had one screw it up and the other tried to fix but it was still off...
I am pretty sure the tile is straight. Event by looking at it you can see that it is slanted... I thought maybe he could shim the back, put a piece of moulding on the side, towards the back, and cheat the countertop an inch to make the cabinet straight....
