2 of 7 Cleveland Pear trees are dying. The bark is coming loose all aver the trunk. Can I reverse the damage? If so, How?

There really isn't enough info here to be helpful. What other symptoms are you seeing such as leaf discoloration, leaf curling, discoloration of the bark, oozing on trunk, shoot tips dying, root injury, hail damage, etc.
When were these trees planted and what, if anything, has changed in the environment?
