I have a 1999 Karcher pressure washer with a 5.0 hp Honda engine. The water pressure keeps cutting in & out. I replaced the pressure relief valve & it operated good for awhile, then started cutting out again. I will appreciate any suggestions.

The O rings in the pump need replaced. Sometime cleaning them will help. Its not a big job, but finding parts is tougher then taking the pump apart. Note the direction that the plungers are placed....I think its white side out, but its been awhile. When you take it apart, you will lose the oil. Replace it with a hydrolic oil that does not foam up. 30 wt is fine.

Any one know a good supplier of these washers, Im looking for some myself. Im tried of removing the tip to reset it and cleaning the O-rings no longer solves the problem.
