Here a couple of links to pictures of my bathroom where I need some advice. For the first link, how would you guys paint that area between the bathtub and the sink?
Also, in the 2nd picture how would you guys get to the wall above the tub where the small wall meets the ceiling? I want to be able to cut into the ceiling, but the only way I can think of is putting some padding on the bottom of my ladder and sticking it in the tub? I'm talking about the small wall that has the vent on it.
Any suggestions?

Don't you just love it when they put a vanity that close to the tub:wall:
I have a little 1.5" sash [angle] brush I keep for areas like that. If there isn't enough room for my hand, I'll tape a board to the brush handle to get in there.
When I can't reach above the tub by standing on the tub edge, I'll put a folded drop cloth in the tub and set the ladder on it.

Hey Mark,
Thanks for the tip. So I guess I have to have a really steady hand as to not get any paint onto the vanity. Any tips if I cant get painter's tape in there?

Maybe use a broad knife as a shield - be sure to clean it often so you don't transfer paint off of it. You can also wrap a rag around a putty knife to wipe wet paint off.
