Furniture, Wood and Cabinetry Finishing - Change 2 hinged, attached corner cabinet doors to separate doors

I had some new cabinets built for the kitchen. Because of a tight corner area, we decided to attach the corner swing-out doors with hinges so that they move from left to right across the 2 corner cabinets as one. This configuration was to make getting to the shelves easier. These are full coverage doors on 2 separate corner cabinets. The 2 hinged doors come to about 32+ inches and swing out from left to right across the cabinets and in front of the kitchen sink and window when opened.

This was great in theory but very awkward and bulky in reality. Is there away that we can rehinge these 2 full coverage corner doors so that each one covers only its own cabinet and can open from pulls on the left and right respectively of the outer frame of its own cabinet and then pull toward the middle (toward eachother) without having to order new doors.
