i have a Kenmore sewing machine(1210290) the thread in the needle will not connect with the thread in the bobin and when it connect and i try to sew the thread in the fabric it bunch up a whole lot till it want sew no more can someone help me out i am a Marine(vet)and i am making some gold star pillow for the fallen heros from the Dfw in Texas and much love to all

Has it been working OK and this just started or are you new to the machine? Are you pulling out the bobbin thread and the top thread together first, then turning the wheel manually to get them to connect? Are you pulling the threads out a few inches first then holding them outward until you make the first couple stitches?
