am currently redoing our kitchen table and chairs. The table is pretty easy, but the chairs have me stumped. I've added pictures below of one of the chairs before I took it apart, and after. Somehow I need to get rid of the wicker. But, I'm not sure how to do that for the back. I tried removing the wicker from the chair, but it's glued in really tight. Any good ideas?

What did you have in mind when you get rid of the wicker? If you are just thinking about covering them with cloth you can cover over the wicker with a strong cloth or webbing then pad the chair 1"or 2" foam then cover it and put a cover over the OS back also.
