I'm not sure this is the correct area to post this, so/....

I am trying to find a way to adhere these wrought iron panels to the glass on some closet doors. Is this possible? If so how would I go about doing it and what would I use?

Not exactly sure what you are doing but the only thing that should work is clear silicone sealant. You would have to remove the doors so that you can lay them flat until the silicone cures.
