If anyone knows how to align the camshaft with the crankshaft and also adjust the valves on this baby, any info and specs would be greatly appreciated! Also, if anyone knows of a free shop manual online for the GX160 5.5 Honda Engine, that would also be great! Thanks SkipperDan :coffee:

There are marks on the cam gear and the crankshaft gear that need to be aligned. It is not difficult. I don't remember for sure but think the valve lash should be .002"-.004" on the intake valve and .004" to .006" on the exhaust. Adjust with the piston just past TDC on the power stroke.
