I have a Rain Soft Gold Series that is not using any salt. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?
I have regenerated the system several times and no water goes into the brine tank. I have searched the net and there are no places that I can find that show anything on them. Thanks Dennis

Is your salt tank separate from the main unit with a feeder line connecting the two? If so, have you tried making sure this line isn't clogged? Later!

they are seprate. i have taken the line off and it's clear, but i have not removed the brass connection because i dont want to screw something else up.
