I am drywalling a new house, if I mixed primer in the texture do I need to coat it again with primer after texture is completed.

Texture should always be primed. If you mix paint/primer in the texture, it will help the texture to cover the drywall better but it won't seal the texture.

I second this advise whole heartedly! Mixing primer with texture is pretty much a waste of $$
