Outdoor Power Equipment and Small Engines - eagle star riding lawn mower help

I bought the above lawn mower used on the cheap, now I know why. I can't locate any information on it. I've been trying to find out what replacement parts to use for spark plug, belt, blades and air/fuel filter, but unfortunately they went out of business or were sold and I'm left with zero information. Any help on where to get a manual or how to locate parts would be greatly appreciated. Model information follows:

Your mower was made by Murray. What size deck is on the mower and is the transaxle geared or hydrostatic? Post all of the numbers from the engine. With the engine type and code number I may find a Murray branded equivalent mower.

It is hydrostatic and 4 wheel steer. The deck is 43".

I have access to IPL's for the mower but they are on microfiche so can't copy them for you. Look on the Briggs and Stratton site for engine parts.

Since CanuckRoy has access to the microfiche ask him to get part numbers for mower belts, etc. Most high use parts such as belts, spindles, etc. should be available, if not as OEM then aftermarket.

This is a parts breakdown for the engine. The engine was manufactured in 1992, first two numbers in code. Parts are readily available through any Briggs and Stratton dealer and many other sources. Spark plug for the engine is Champion RC12YC or equivalent.
