have following issues, can you please advise solution:
I have a fibro home about 60 years old, I hear occasionally some noise from one of the wall/celing area. is it wooden frame structure normal sound due to settling down and/or cuased by change in tempratures/environment or something to worry about? There is no visible crack in outside Fibro or Gyprock inside or in ceiling?
I have wooden flooring, some portion of it make noise when somebody walk on it like one is walking on a papdum. Can this noise be removed? how?

Hi genius55 and welcome to DIY
While some noises are very common, is hard (and dangerous) to provide a structural diagnostic without an ocular and auditory :D inspection
For your safety (and your family's) I'd suggest to avoid DIY structural solutions. Call a professional
