Trying to figure out how to install an aluminum baseboard diffuser(from a big box home improvement store) to the baseboard. I can't find an easy way to remove the face(w/o bending it) and thus access the interior to secure it to the wall. The old ones I am replacing were toenailed through the aluminum into the surrounding trim(talk about an interesting removal!!).

I can't find anything on the web that shows how to install the diffusers(lots on the flat ones, which are easy to install.

Suggestions?

TIA

Welcome to the forums! Since we can't see what you see, fill us in on the type diffuser you are talking about. Is it for your HVAC system? Are the registers in the wall at baseboard level? Why not take a couple of pix and post them on a site such as photobucket.com and copy/paste the HTML code to your reply post. That way we can give better advice.
