Ive searched this and found some info, but would like someone to confirm a question for me please.
Im going to redo our bathroom with peel and stick tiles, and I see where Its recommended to add a quater inch subfloor, because whats there now is waferboard. What do I need for my toilet to sit flush, seeing as Im only going the quarter inch plus tile height? Do I need a add on flange or can I get away with a bigger wax ring, seeing as the height difference is so small? Thanks in advance.

If the flange for the original floor was the proper height, you should be fine with a thicker wax ring.:)

If you want your peel & stick to stay in place. Once you have the luan down soak that with Jasco Adhesive Primer (Home Depot - looks like milk in a plastic jug). Use two coats. Get a pint of Armstrong vinyl tile adhesive and a 3 inch chip brush. cut a third off the chip brush bristles to stiffen them. Apply the adhesive in an area that you can reach - just slop it on there in a random painted on pattern - follow the instructions for wait time. Install your tile and roll it with a cheap hand held roller from the flooring section of Lowes or Home Depot. Start walking on the floor as soon as possible once it's down. enjoy....

You might say that. Last one was my vintage 27 foot Airstream trailer. With the temp. extremes and flexing a trailer floor takes - you better put it down right ....

Enjoy your new floor....
