Hi, my Simon XT kept giving me a GSM module failure message. I removed ac and battery power and that stopped the message being given but there is no communication via the cellular transmission.

I cannot control the system via cell phone or web and of course alarm.com service center is closed on the weekend. I would greatly appreciate any advice on correcting the situation although I suspect there is a hard failure of the GSM module but thought I'd ask anyway in the event that there is a common fix for this situation.
