I just installed a LCD5500Z as a second keypad onto my Power 632 system. I followed the instructions as prescribed per the LCD5500Z installation manual. Here is what I did:
1.) Disconnect AC and battery.
2.) Connected four wires to keypad and control panel (did confirm connections went to appropriate terminals)
3.) Re-applied power and battery
4.) Performed enroll
5.) Performed Supervisory
6.) set clock
But still no display on the LCD. The keypad will arm and disarm, chimes, etc. work. But no display.
Is there anything I'm missing that I didn't do for the characters to show on the display?

Assuming that this is a new keypad, have you set the keypad address to one different from the existing keypad? DSC systems act oddly if two keypads have the same address.
