i have a ongoin prob with this washing machine
it will pump water out & fill , but when it comes to spinin > it wont , it makes a werid clicking sound & shuts off ,
i am wondering if it could be the gearbox & if so how do i diaagnose it , it was doin it about a month ago , but all of a sudden it started workin again , but now it stuffed up again
it is a top loader
has been very good till now , plz can any1 help ? ?

check the lid switch.

never seen a lg top loader. :(

is there anyway to check the gear box > diagnose if gear box is the problem ? ? ?

Until we can see what machine you have can't tell you how to check or fix it. Model # dose not look right or look like any I recognize.
