I purchased it brand new off ebay and the setup was a breeze. But when we disarmed the system the motion sensor was tripped and the alarm went off. Even with the system disarmed if you open a door with a door sensor it trips the alarm and you have to enter the code to stop it. If you open the door again the alarm sounds. It states it is disabled, what could be wrong with it?

You have the sensors programmed into the wrong group number.
Front Door=group 10
motions=group 17

Thank you so much I will try that when I get home tonight. :-) They also sent me a generic remote control how can you program a new remote to control the system?

There are 2 kinds...Non talking learns in by pressing both panic buttons on the bottom at the same time...Talking learns in by hitting the lights off key 6 times. Put either into group 01.
