Hi. I have a maytag Atlantis model MDE6400AYW. This is barely 2 years old. The past few months the pull button to turn it on was getting harder to work. You had to pull it and kind of hold it for it to start. Well today I pulled it and nothing happened. There is no light inside the dryer, my husband checked the plug and breakers etc. All good. Where do we go from here? I have a household of 7 and NEED my dryer!!!!:madhell: HELP!!!!!

i thought you push the timer in to start those?
first thing to do is make sure you have 240 volts on the outside terminals at the block. and 120 volts from one outside to the middle.
if so then you need to check the door switch and thermal fuse
