here is my dilemma, i bought this cart used after somebody tore it apart. When you push the gas pedal nothing really happens. it turns over but will not get to full throttle. I can not find the choke or any kind of manual. does anyone know of a lace to find these. thank you

the choke is the big black button under the seat maybe to the left of the directional knob, push the button in when trying to start the cart, make sure you have spark at the plugs and fuel into the carb

You can order manuals online or at most golf cart retailers. If you are not familiar with working on golf carts it will be a big help.
You say nothing happens but it turns over and does not get to full throttle. So does this mean the cart starts or does not start or do you mean the cart runs but does not go fast enough (full throttle)?
