When I talk some friends, they always warn me about making sure that the wood used by the installers is good wood and don't get tricked.
As a know-nothing consumer, how do I know what are the good names out there?
I hear Armstrong/Bruce but the installers and distributors say there are better names (and they cost less than Armstrong/Bruce or brands from HD/Lowes).
The question is, how can I be assured the brand recommended by the installers are good quality with reasonable price?
