Installing Formica Quintessa laminate over concrete slab. Slab is above grade....it is home without a basement. Concrete has been tested for moisture and is ok. Any recommendations on a good underlayment? Want to have a good feel with sufficient sound damping, but don't want to spend the money on cork. Any ideas?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Quiet Walk is an exceptional underlayment. Google it.

Is it too late to recommend the best padding? Floor muffler is the quietest by far of all laminate pads I have used (14 years exp). It will cost about 50 cents a foot.
