My viking oven only only turns on half & then both burners and then shuts off.any suggestions?

Oven turns on half??? Describe in details....:confused: Half of what ??? or half of where.??? Which half? Top half? Bottom half? Left half? Right half?
Then both burners??? Describe in details....:confused: Both burners where? Which 2 burners???....:confused:
