i have a kenmore utlra fabric care to loader with electronic contolls mod# 11092595200. it will fill with water but thats all it will do. i can bail water out and do it again but it will not go into the wash cycle can't get it to go into the rinse cycle or any other. any ideas??? thanks leon

Check the lis switch. If washer just a couple of years old nothing will work with a bad lid switch. The only thing it will do is fill.

open consul Remove 2 plastic caps on end and 2 screws 1 under each cap. there is a tech sheet that will tell you how to test machine.

you may have a sock in the water pump. see if it will spin with the water pump removed from the motor. dont need to take the hoses off
