My built-in microwave oven is fairly new and works very well. One time a very small spot inside would flash every time I turned the microwave oven on as if there was fire inside the cavity. I cleaned the charred spot and now it works fine again. But I noticed that same spot is getting black again and I'm afraid soon it will start to arch whenever I turn it on. Is there a special paint or procedure to deal with this spot once and for all ?

There is a special paint available for microwave cavities. If you google "microwave paint" you will find several sources. Not too expensive either.
