Hi to all,

I bought a used black Thule roof box with several scuff marks on it that looks like yellow paint. The manufacturer says only to used soap and water and not a solvent based product. any suggestions? thanks, JB

Depends on the type of paint it might be...but I would probably bring it in the shade, spray with something like Krud Kutter and work at it with a toothbrush or similar. If its a latex paint that should loosen it. If its a solvent base paint I'm not sure what the option would be other than to spray over it with an auto black trim paint or similar.
